Student Safety includes many and various programs and departments within the University. The UAPD provides students with information on how to stay safe on and off campus by issuing a Safer Living Guide. Programs such as 348-RIDE and 348-CAB9 provide students with on and off campus options for getting home safely. The University has also implemented a system know as Tide Texts to better inform students of safety alerts during the event of severe weather or other safety concerns.
